Terms & Conditions

Please Clarify anything you don't know before sending your order form.
No Dead Buyers or you Will be Blacklisted

If you order via sms and only describe what you are buying, instead of using the item code
Everlasting shall not be responsible for the loss you may incur if you get the wrong product
Hence use the order form.

Items

The Pictures might be different from the real object due to the colour/resolution used.
Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
In certain cases, customers may have to pay first as we have to pay the supplier in order to obtain the stocks.
We will inform you if that happens.
Oh,if you are from our school or you know one of us in real life,
Tell us as it will be easier to contact you.
Please Be Patient and do not keep asking for your stocks.
We will only refund you if the item is out of stock.
You can give us your opinions on the items you have bought.

After confirming your order , there's no backing out .

Payment and Collection
- Meetup .
- Concealed Cash . ( Please note that we will not be responsible if there are any cases of lost cash . Therefore, concealed cash is highly not encouraged )
- We can help you pay to the supplier first , therefore, please return our kind favour by not MIA-ing after we paid for you
- We decide on whether to help you pay or not :)
Collecion :
- Meet-ups :
=Only at School/Shopping Malls/ MRT Stations
=Those listed in the order forms are confirmed FOC . But if you prefer to meet up at other places, there will be additional charges ranging from 1 - 2 dollars depending on the place .
=You will be charged if you are late from 10 minutes onwards .
=10 Minutes : $1
=20 Minutes : $2
=30 Minutes : $2.50
=31 Minutes : Bye , deal's off D:
=We might change the time and date of meetups.
= If you wish to make any changes for the meeting , please inform us 5 hours beforehand .
= Exam Period = Delay
- Normal Postage
= At your own risk
= Cost will be depending on the weight .
-Registered Postage
= Cost will be depending on its weight with an addition of $2.50
